Our mission is to preserve the voice, values, memories and guidance of the individual — so that what makes a person who they are is not lost when they're no longer here. Legacy Lock exists to give every family a calm, ordered home for the things that matter beyond paperwork.

When someone passes away, families are often left searching for answers. They may not know where important documents are kept, what funeral wishes were intended, or what messages were meant for children and grandchildren. Stories, advice and personal history are easily lost. Legacy Lock was created to change that.

A Will distributes assets. A legacy is everything else — the letters, the memories, the practical knowledge and the personal history that defines a life. Legacy Lock is the home for that legacy, designed to sit alongside (never replace) your legal arrangements.

Privacy is built into Legacy Lock by design. You decide what to upload, what to share and what to keep private. We follow the principles of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we minimise the data we collect.

Security is treated as a core design principle, not an afterthought. We design around encryption, access controls and data minimisation. These are commitments to how we build — not absolute guarantees. No digital platform can promise perfect security, and we never will.

Legacy Lock exists for the people who come after. We believe family heritage — the stories, the lessons, the voices — deserves to be preserved with the same care given to wealth and property. That is the future we are building.
